Rascal wins Highland Citrus Harvest Festival Ugly Dog contest
HIGHLAND – Once again, Rascal is the Citrus Harvest Festival’s ugliest dog. The seven-pound, naturally hairless, partially toothless and long-tongued Chinese Crested took home the title on Saturday at the annual Citrus Harvest Festival for the second straight year.

The best of show winner was a standard schnauzer, Champion Centara Under Fire, at Saturday’s competition of the Western Pennsylvania Kennel Association’s annual dog show.
